Good news! The MED has published new rules that have clarified when an exit package is required.
Basically, bud and concentrate in child resistant containers is ok as-is (but you should put it in a paper bag for discretion and safety). So NO exit bag is required for those products. Edible products, which may appeal to children, and things like transdermal patches MUST still go into an exit package. Its still a good idea to use a resealable exit package if you have children at home or are travelling the state with cannabis products.
Remember to bring back your lightly used exit bags for a $1.00 per bag discount. We will continue to sell exit packaging at our cost and will provide a free one if you spend over $100 in a single visit!
